Gastronomy

The centrepiece of the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa dining experience is formed by the historic buildings of Alpenrose and Lisl and the Bräustüberl with Alpseestube. This trio will satisfy the various demands of a wide range of target groups, both hotel guests and visitors, for breakfast or lunch, coffee and cake or dinner and drinks. Each of the three buildings has a carefully compiled dining concept. They are supplemented by the newly created Ludwig Bar, the central meeting point at the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa.
