The new AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa is in one of the most attractive locations in Germany, at the foot of the two King Ludwig’s castles, Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein.
With a view of the Alpsee, surrounded by forests and an extraordinary panorama of mountains, this new hotel is a unique blend of nature and culture with the spirit of AMERON. This is backed by our philosophy that every AMERON hotel is unique – influenced by the individuality of its region while at the same time guaranteeing a uniform high level of quality, service and hospitality.
The AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa in Hohenschwangau, part of the town of Schwangau near Füssen in Allgäu, is one of the first of the new generation of AMERON hotels. Its special character is based on a melting of contrasts, which have been combined both carefully and stylishly. Tradition combined with modernity, classic elegance with urban flair.

With the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa, new life is breathed into a traditional ensemble of buildings. The Hohenschwangau hotels Alpenrose, Jägerhaus and Lisl, whose history stretches back to the time of the Royal Court, create an exciting symbiosis with the two new buildings Galeria and Seehaus – tradition combined with modernity, history with zeitgeist.
Relax in our 850 square metre 4 elements spa, your oasis for recuperation and well-being with a clear view of the Alpsee. Use our wide-ranging massage and beauty applications or relax in our wellness area after training in the fitness room or after completing a yoga session. The use of the pool and wellness area is, of course, free of charge to our hotel guests.
The centrepiece of the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa dining experience is formed by the historic buildings of Alpenrose and Lisl and the Bräustüberl with Alpseestube. This trio will satisfy the various demands of a wide range of target groups, both hotel guests and visitors, for breakfast or lunch, coffee and cake or dinner and drinks. Each of the three buildings has a carefully compiled dining concept. They are supplemented by the newly created Ludwig Bar, the central meeting point at the AMERON Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort & Spa.
