A competition carried out means of becoming a follower is not part of the Facebook & Instagram network and is neither offered, managed nor supported by Facebook. The organiser of this competition is the AMERON Collection.
All data provided by the participant (via personal message or email) will not be transmitted to Meta in any way, but will only be made available to AMERON Collection.
The participant data will only be used for prize notification and relevant information (e.g. shipping) relating to the current AMERON Collection competition and will be deleted thereafter.
All users who are/were followers of the Instagram accounts @ameroncollection (https://www.instagram.com/ameroncollection/) and leave a comment under the raffle post with whom you want to take it with you. Anyone aged 18 or over and resident in the EU may enter. Employees of the AMERON Collection, the Althoff COLLECTION and URBAN LOFT as well as their relatives are excluded.
The competition begins with the first competition post. The competition ends on 26 December 2023 at 23:59:59. All interactions and entries after this time will not be considered. Details of exactly what is to be won and the steps to be taken to win it can be found in the competition post published on the Chronicle/Profile.
The winner will be determined at random, e.g. using Fanpage Karma.
The winner(s) will be marked under the competition post or in a new post and/or notified by personal message. The participant is aware that messages via Facebook and Instagram may end up in the miscellaneous folder and will therefore not be displayed immediately. The participant agrees that his/her name will be published on the Facebook page or Instagram account of AMERON Collection in the event of winning.
Users who do not respond to the prize notification by 23:59 on 31 December 2023 will forfeit their claim to the prize.
The AMERON Collection is not liable for competition entries (e.g. comments, links or images) that are illegal. The entries must not contain any insults, false facts, competition, trademark or copyright infringements. Users must take responsibility for any legal violations.
Participants' data will only be used for the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be stored by the AMERON Collection during the competition and used to notify and announce the winners.
If registration for the newsletter is a prerequisite for participation in the competition, this will be specifically indicated in the respective terms and conditions.
During and after the competition, participants have the right to information about the stored data, its correction or its deletion.
Abuse by obtaining votes in an unfair manner, e.g. through a technical loophole, is prohibited and will result in exclusion. In such cases, the AMERON Collection reserve the right to change or adapt the competition or to terminate it if this is necessary due to circumstances.
Likewise, in the event of technical malfunctions or premature termination on the part of Facebook, there is the possibility of an extension of the participation period or repetition by the AMERON Collection.
By participating (following, liking, commenting on the competition entry), the user agrees to the above conditions of participation and the data protection guidelines.
