The small but fine Campanello Restaurant under the management of Head Chef Matthias Brust is the perfect venue for gourmets. The Campanello Restaurant has just 12 tables and derives its name from the typical Swiss cow bells on the ceiling.
We serve a variety of raclette and fondue specialities in our cosy “Cervolino”. The quality of the ingredients is very important for these dishes and we use a wide range of cheese varieties from Davos’ dairy, with only fresh vegetables and top quality herbs being used for our aromatic broths. And the secret behind our delicious desserts is that we prepare them lovingly just for you.
