Down-to-earth, rustic and cosy – at the Schloss Bräustüberl with the Alpseestube and the adjoining beer garden you can experience the romanticism of the Allgäu up close and personal.

The cuisine here is simple – but superb! We put the Bavarian way of life on the table in the form of authentic inn meals. Meat, cooked meat and cheese specialities are sourced from butcheries and cheese dairies and can be washed down with a freshly poured beer from the King Ludwig Brewery.

Depending on the season, you can sit in our large cosy snug or under the trees in our sunny beer garden – but wherever you are, you can enjoy great views of the Alps and King Ludwig’s castles. In short, the Schloss Bräustüberl is the perfect starting point for a hike or to relax after walking down from Neuschwanstein.

Ideal for hikers and day trippers – takeaway barbecue snacks are also available in the beer garden. The Schloss Bräustüberl can be rented in the evening for private events.
