We are very pleased to open our doors again on 22 May 2021 and to welcome you to our hotel.
To make your arrival and stay as pleasant as possible, we have compiled all the important information for you. If you have any further questions, our team will of course be happy to help you in advance and during your stay.
Masks are compulsory throughout the hotel.
In addition, testing is a prerequisite for accommodation, see below under "Arrival".
The spa is open, but with restrictions on the number of persons permitted.
All gastronomic facilities must close at 10:00pm.
Tourist travel is allowed again as long as the 7-day incidence in the district of Ostallgäu is below 100.
Negatively tested, vaccinated and recovered persons may travel.
Neuschwanstein Castle is open from Friday, 21.05.2021.
Hohenschwangau Castle (closed on Wednesday and Thursday) and the Museum of the Bavarian Kings (closed on Monday and Tuesday) are open from Saturday 22 May 2021.
Yes, there is a breakfast buffet from 07:00am to 11:00am. The buffet is served with disposable gloves.
With the room reservation, a table reservation must also be made there, either from 07:00am to 08:00am or from 08:30am to 09:30am or from 10:00am to 11:00am (first come, first serve).
The prerequisite is a negative corona test (PCR test, certified POC antigen test) carried out a maximum of 24 hours ago, alternatively a self-test carried out on site under supervision, which you can purchase at the reception for a contribution towards expenses of 5.00 EUR. There is also a test centre in Schwangau, not far from the hotel.
Our restaurant Lisl opens daily for house guests from 06:00pm to 10:00pm.
The Schloss Bräustüberl opens daily (in fine weather with beer garden) from 11:30am to 07:00pm.
The Ludwig Bar also opens daily from 12:00pm to 10:00pm.
Our Alpenrose will reopen at a later time.
