We are very pleased to welcome you back to our hotel and cantinetta ristorante & bar.
Please note that the "3G rule" (Vaccinated, Convalescent, Tested) applies to all hotel guests and external visitors in the restaurant and bar.

  • Anyone who can show a rapid anti-gene test no older than 24 hours or a PCR test no older than 48 hours is considered tested. The tests must be repeated and presented every third day of the stay.
  • Everyone whose 2nd vaccination was at least 14 days ago is considered vaccinated.
  • Those who have recovered require proof of a positive PCR test at least 28 days and no more than 180 days (approx. six months) ago.

Children up to the age of 18 are exempt from this requirement.

What do I need to consider for my journey?

All guests must present a negative coronavirus test certificate, which must be repeated after 72 hours.

A negative test result of a PCR test or of a rapid test carried out by service providers in accordance with § 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the Coronavirus Test Ordinance shall be regarded as test evidence; the test on which the test result is based may not have been carried out more than 48 hours previously in the case of a PCR test and more than 24 hours previously in the case of a rapid test.

Children up to the age of seven, as well as schoolchildren upon presentation of their student ID, are exempt from providing proof of a negative coronavirus test.

Vaccinated (only after the second vaccination and after the expiration of the 14-day period) and recovered persons do not need a negative test certificate if they present a recovered certificate or proof of vaccination.

What restrictions are currently to be expected?

Masks are compulsory throughout the hotel.

In addition, testing is a prerequisite for accommodation, see below under "Arrival".

The fitness room is open from 9 am to 9 pm, our spa area including sauna from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Outdoor and indoor gastronomy are currently permitted in Hamburg. Visiting indoor gastronomy requires a negative coronatest.

Who is allowed to travel?

Tourist and business travel is allowed again.

Those who have been tested negative, vaccinated and recovered are allowed to travel.

Are the shops open?

The shops in Hamburg are open regularly. No negative Coronatest is required.

Contact tracing must be done through the LUCA app or a written registration must be made.

Are the museums open?

The museums and exhibition halls in Hamburg have reopened. A negative coronatest is required.

City and harbour tours will take place again. A negative Coronatest must be present indoors.

Is there a breakfast buffet?

Yes, there is a breakfast buffet.

A table reservation must be made at check-in, optionally different time slots are available.

What gastronomic offer is available to me?

Our cantinetta ristorante is open daily from 06.00pm to 10.00pm for both in-house and external guests.

Our cantinetta bar is open Thursdays to Sundays from 5pm to 11pm. Visiting our cantinetta ristorante & bar requires a negative coronatest.

Is there a mask requirement?

All guests over the age of 14 must wear a medical mask (surgical mask) or an FFP2 mask in all public areas. 
Exception at the table and in the room. Children up to 7 years of age are exempt from the mask requirement, children between 8 and 14 years of age wear a mouth-nose covering.
 

Is the hotel bar open?

Our cantinetta bar is open Thursdays to Sundays from 5pm to 11pm.

Please note that you need to present a negative coronavirus test certificate, recovered certificate or proof of vaccination for your visit.
