It was a popular place in which to stay for the nobility in the 19th century, and in the 1950s to 1970s, it became a major meeting place for politicians. So it will come as no surprise that the lobby of the AMERON Bonn Hotel Königshof today contains portraits of every German chancellor and president since Adenauer. The traditional history of the hotel is reflected in an interior which combines classic design and modern elements. Fascinating contrasts which continue in our Oliveto restaurant, where classic and authentic Italian cuisine is combined with culinary creativity.

With its 129 high-quality rooms, many of which have a view of the River Rhine and the Siebengebirge, the AMERON Bonn Hotel Königshof is an ideal destination to explore Beethoven’s home city of Bonn. The Rhine promenade is right in front of the hotel, the museum district is just a few wlaking minutes away. Do you provide WiFi?

We provide complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms as well as in the lobby.

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car in the parking-deck or in the garage. Fees are EUR 18 for 24 hours.

As of when can I check in?

The reception is open 24 hours a day and you can arrive at any time. However, we can only guarantee that the rooms will be available from 3 p.m. onwards.

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in the hotel and will be charged with EUR 20,00 a day. Please note that dogs are not welcomed in our restaurant Oliveto.

Do you have a swimming pool and/or offer Spa treatments?

All our hotel guests have complimentary access to our fitness and sauna facilities. Spa treatments are not on offer and a swimming pool is non-existent.

Do you have smoking rooms?

We are a non-smoking hotel, all our rooms and public areas are smoke free.

Do you have rooms with balcony?

No, we do not have rooms with balconies.

Is your hotel suitable for disabled guests?

Unfortunately our hotel only offers limited accessibility and hence it is neither fully suitable nor certified as such.

How long can I stay in my room on the day of departure?

Our checkout time is 12 noon.

Do you have baby cots?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a baby cot if you let us know in advance.

Do you have extra beds?

In our premium rooms we are happy to provide you with an extra bed and will be charged as follows: until the age of 5 years, it is free of charge, between 6 and 11 years EUR 20 per night will be charged and from 12 years onwards EUR 40 per night.
